Compliance Auditing

We pride ourselves on taking a practical approach to machine safety and providing effective solutions to help keep your workplace safe and productive, whilst also meeting your obligations under current workplace health and safety legislation and Australian/International Standards.

We have extensive compliance auditing experience with the WHS Act, Regulations, Codes of Practice and Australian Standards.

Generally speaking, compliance to Australian Standards is not mandatory however courts frequently consult them when it is necessary to assess whether sufficient measures were taken to reduce risk. As a result, non-compliance can have very serious consequences.

Engineering Services

Our core expertise is Mechanical Engineering Design and Certification.

We start each project by conducting manual calculations using engineering first principles, then we verify the results using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) or Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) or Discrete Element Modelling (DEM). This method allows us to be confident that our clients receive the right design result on each project we deliver. Other consultants rely solely on computer simulations which is not good engineering practice because human or software errors can occur.

As part of our design verification process, we can provide engineering certification and/or engineering reports. All our designs are reviewed and signed off by Chartered Professional Engineers.
